Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using GaffGuessr (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

GaffGuessr is a property price guessing game. Players view street imagery and estimate the sale price of real properties using publicly available data from HM Land Registry (England & Wales) and the PSRA Property Price Register (Ireland). The App is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute property valuation or financial advice.

You may create an account using an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Usernames must not contain offensive or misleading content. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

GaffGuessr offers a free tier (limited to 3 games per day) and a Pro subscription with unlimited access.

Apple App Store & Google Play

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Subscriptions.

Web

Web payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via the Manage Subscription link on your Account page.

Free trials

If a free trial is offered, the unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the App
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
• Submit false location reports or abuse reporting features
• Impersonate another user or use offensive usernames

The GaffGuessr name, logo, and original content are owned by us. Street View imagery is provided by Google and subject to Google Maps Platform Terms. Property data is sourced from publicly available government datasets under their respective licences.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Property prices shown are historical sale records and may not reflect current market values. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. This will permanently remove your personal data and game history. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your device settings or payment provider before deleting your account.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email.
